They don't honor their reservation. They are very rude on the phone where unapologetically say that they sold out all the cars for the day, so they don't have one even though you reserved one....

Absolutely horrendous experience, in this Medford location. Had a reservation for over 2 weeks and they called me 2 HOURS before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle and cancelled my reservation....
