Joel is an old school landlord. The units won't be newly renovated, he only takes paper checks, etc. BUT what you get is a landlord who won't charge you insane rent and is a pretty caring person....

Please DO NOT rent from them! Joel, the landlord, is completely incompetent. He either doesn't understand that renters have rights or he simply doesn't care because no one has pressed charges...
