Full Circle Painting & Contracting Inc. was founded on honesty, integrity, and friendship. Co-owners and longtime best friends Cody Cutler & Gene Williams started dreaming about starting a company together in 1999 as freshmen in high school while snowboarding at Wachusett Mountain, and have been planning ever since.
