Firefly s has been the winner of more than 50 national barbecue cook-off awards. The restaurant has two locations one in Marlborough, Mass., and one in Framingham, Mass. Firefly s location in Marlborough presents Dante s, a venue that features live music, sports on big screens and billiard. Firefly s offers Southern-style hospitality and authentic barbecued meats. The restaurant smokes its meats for up to 12 hours, and blends apple, cherry and hickory woods in its low-fire, slow-cooking process. Firefly s offers several different styles of ribs and mop sauces. Diners can choose baby-back ribs, spareribs or St. Louis ribs with North Carolina, South Carolina, Memphis, Texas or Beelzebar sauces. In addition, Firefly s menu also features cornbread, fried oysters, red beans and rice, and sweet potato pecan pudding.
