The designs will incorporate all necessary features to convert CNC machined material through Vacuum or Dip Brazing into a tight toleranced aerospace assembly.C/A Design can also accommodate a variety of testing services to verify heat exchanger performance to specification. Testing such as pressure drop with Coolanol 25R, Water, Ethylene Glycol/Water, Polyalphaolefin ( PAO ), and Air are routine tests. Additionally, Metallography, thermal performance verification testing, leak, proof, and burst testing can be provided.
