Elizabeth Seton Residence

Founded in 1981, Elizabeth Seton Residence is an 80-bed nursing facility. It is owned and operated by the Sisters of Charity of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The facility is Medicaid and Medicare certified and is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. It is also accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The facility s services include 24-hour nursing care, individualized patient care plans, short-term posthospital recuperation, respite care and nutritional counseling. It also offers therapies, social services, pastoral care, therapeutic recreational activities, cable television and hairdressing. Located on Wellesley, Mass., Elizabeth Seton Residence s facility consists of more than 80 private rooms, gardens, walking trails and an interior courtyard. It also has a chapel with a seating capacity for more than 50 people.
