Our company specializes in the retubing of firetube and watertube boilers, general tube repairs and major shell and drum repairs.We have the capabilities of doing rivet work and making welding repairs that require x-ray examination. Our combustion group can provide complete burner and boiler controls installation and service using the best technology available equipment to insure optimum combustion efficiencies.We fabricate and repair tanks, vessels and sterilizers, including stainless steel, Inconel, Monel and similaralloys (code and non-code), as well as smoke stacks and breechings. We retube or repair condensers and heat exchangers. A full line of power plant equipment - gaskets, refractory materials, valves, handhole plates, manway covers and many other items are in stock for immediate delivery or may be quickly obtained from our many suppliers. Also, close association with a number of fabricators of bent boiler and heat exchanger tubes allows us to provide quick delivery (in many cases overnight) for emergency projects. Dillon Boiler Services Co., Inc. holds A.S.M.E. "A", "S", "U", "PP", and "H" Stamps, covering the fabrication and alteration of high pressure boilers, unfired pressure vessels, power piping and heating boilers. We have the National Board "R" Stamp No. 182, allowing the repair of all boilers and pressure vessels. Welders for the repair of boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems are A.S.M.E. code qualified, whose welding capabilities include stick, mig and tig welding, which can be performed in the field as well as in our shop. Periodic reviews are made of our welding qualifications, as required by A.S.M.E..
