My fav Dunkin location in Reading. We come in with our shiba dog every other morning. They got our orders correct most of the time and very friendly service.

They closed this location for good. Why would they do that? The only location near downtown and they just closed it permanently. I don't know whose idea it was to just shut it down. Very sad since...

The manager was so rude after he made a terrible coffee. I just wanted a remake of my money back but he gaslighted me and said there was nothing wrong with it. I'm never coming here again! Don't go!

Plastic in wake up wrap. Store was angry when I politely asked for a new one. When I did get a new one , had yet another piece of plastic.
