Our mission is simple. to provide good quality, affordable housing. We take great pride in telling you that each and every building is owner built and owner managed. Located in Waltham, Mass, just 9 miles west of Boston, we offer a wide variety of studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and townhouse style units. We use a standard lease with a minimum of one year term. We take only a last month rent deposit. Because we are owner built and owner managed, we do not need to hire agents, and pass these savings on to you our tenants.
