We serve 100% Black Angus beef from cattle raised on small farms and fed an all-vegetarian diet to promote superior marbling and outstanding flavor. Our selection of cuts includes something for every steak lover, including an 8-ounce filet mignon, a 16-ounce Delmonico rib eye and a 12-ounce cut of our delicious roast prime rib.
