Service is poor, lack of acknowledgement and cheeriness. Not many fries were given. Surrounded by other food spots as well, area is good.

Laney in Franklin's location in Massachusetts was phenomenal. she gave extra sauce when needed. she was very kind at the register as well. very respectful worker!
