In 2008, the practice expanded to a new site on the second floor of the Pledge of Allegiance Building in the Back Bay / South End neighborhood. At that time we also increased the number of medical providers and nursing staff, in addition to introducing mental health and pharmacy services.SpecialtiesThe mission of Fenway: South End is to provide compassionate and nonjudgmental primary medical and mental health care to the South End neighborhood and to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community of New England. We offer primary care for adults, HIV care, general infectious disease consultation, osteopathic and holistic care, nurse case management services, psychiatric care, and mental health counseling. We have a laboratory and pharmacy in house to better serve you, and we offer additional services at our main health center site located in the Fenway neighborhood. Patients in need of other specialty care, diagnostic testing, or inpatient hospitalization are referred to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, with whom we are affiliated.
