No bueno. Last summer the upstairs with the weights, treadmills and cycles was super hot especially on sunny afternoons. The stated reason was a problem with AC and they had been waiting months...

This place has nonexistent customer service, the front office staff is incompetent and rude. Instead of working to resolve our issues (created by them) they escalate with hostility and animosity....
