Took 20 minutes to get one bagel when there were only 2 other people in the store. Very unprofessional employees, they seemed to like chatting more than making the food that I paid for.

The employees are all checked out. Wrong order, which ended up being much more expensive than what was desired, and the food was greasy and flat. Sad atmosphere :(
