They searched many bussiness opportunities but fell in Love with CrossFit. They have been CrossFit Competitors since 2010 and have all the knowledge and skills to teach Fundemantal CrossFit and Competitive CrossFit to their vast community of exercisers. They continue to educate themselves with multiple certifications in CrossFit, Weightlifting, Nutrition, Mobility and Endurance, in efforts to be the Premier CrossFit facility in the area.
