When Sky Restaurant opened its original location in Sudbury, Mass., in 1997, its mission was to create a city-style restaurant in the suburbs. The restaurant s menu features contemporary American cuisine, including a variety of salads, pastas and sandwiches, as well as house specialties, such as pan-seared cognac scallops and hand-stuffed lobster ravioli. The 175-seat dining room features leather booths and a nine-foot, granite-tiled waterfall in the back. The restaurant also features a bar, a large banquet room and a private dining room that seats up to 30 people. Sky Restaurant operates another location in Norwood, Mass.
