The 110 grill in the Holyoke mall! Waited 1 hr for a turkey burger and roasted Brussels sprouts. I get my food and there was a fried piece of hair in the Brussels sprouts...at first I thought...

We waited for over an hour, just to have our food messed up. Finally, my kids Mac and cheese came out, and the noodles were undercooked. On the plus side, we had a great waiter, Colin.

I have a broken leg and use a cane was refused a table and told that as a party of one I could only use a high stool, when I mentioned my broken leg I was told if my leg was that bad I should stay...
