called for a price. the lady did not understand English. very rude and overpriced. Had problems communicating with them. Dont speak English very well. Would not recommend

Took my dress, in new condition to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, the neckline was in shreds. Young's DENIED that they cleaned it. Then they LIED and said I brought it in like that....

$150 for a dress to be hemmed and they didn't even steam it. The woman on the phone hung up on me after I called and said steaming the dress would be another $70. The absolute worst.
