Scheduled an appointment, took my $70 on Saturday along with my device. They still haven't provided any updates, no communication and have not even performed any diagnostics.

I went in to get my phone fixed and they took it, brought it back, and told me that it was such a simple fix, that they didn't need to do anything to it and that I should just cancel my insurance...

took $70 just to hold my computer for a week and tell me exactly what i told them when i brought the computer in. was a terrible experience all around. do not recommend.
