Tuscarora High School

Tuscarora High School, also known as THS, is an educational institution that provides a range of learning opportunities for more than 1,000 students in grades 9 through 12. Founded in 2003, its academic curriculum includes English, math, social studies, science, art and technology education. The school operates a library and media center. Tuscarora High School also conducts various sports activities, such as football, cheerleading, cross-country, volleyball, soccer and hockey. It offers guidance counseling services. In addition, the school provides various scholarship opportunities. Tuscarora High School features business and foreign language laboratories. It has a parent-teacher-student association. The school also offers membership options in the National Honor Society. Tuscarora High School is affiliated with the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association. It is a part of Frederick County Public Schools, which enrolls students in elementary, middle and high schools.
