The Network of Women of Color Who Serve Seniors (WOCSS) is a nonprofit organization based in Silver Spring, MD, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in the Washington DC area. Founded in 2011 by Kathy Everett-Gaines and Irene V. Jackson-Brown, PhD, CSA, CMC, WOCSS unites professional women of color from various disciplines to provide valuable referrals and support to individual business owners serving seniors.
