The Kenwood is one of the worst buildings in the Bethesda area. The building is not just poorly managed it is littered with section 8 renters. The building is also plagued by a corrupt board....

Terrible building. Poorly managed and operated. The HOA dues are among the highest in the area and there are too many renters which means the residents don't have any regard for their neighbors....
