The Front Porch is an intimate restaurant featuring creative Southern Coastal Cuisine located in historic downtown Leonardtown. Set within the Sterling House, we offer casual dining in a cozy atmosphere and our friendly staff delivers gracious service. Our decor' is warm with photography depicting local scenes of St. Mary's County while the "shadow box" on the walls is host to the artifacts found in the house during the renovation. Original hardwood floors, period molding, and fireplaces highlight the natural splendor of the house providing a relaxed dining experience. Our menu includes a broad selection of starters, soups, sandwiches, salads, and entrees. We offer daily specials, feature seasonal ingredients, local produce, and boast an ever changing dessert menu. The "back room" at The Front Porch showcases over 40 varieties of wine, while our bar presents Specialty Drinks, Boutique beer, along with your traditional cocktails.
