Definitely a dive bar... decent prices and great music. Lots of local bands who are invested in their sound. No food, not sure about the accusations of watered down drinks, but I'm a beer drinker

They watered down drinks by no less than 50 % water. Jack Daniel's was mostly colored water. Never had that problem here before. Others were upset enough to dump their drinks on the dance floor...
