Tersiguel's French Country Restaurant features dining in more than five dining rooms that can accommodate up to 50 individuals. Its menu include crispy calamari, chick pea crepe, chilled lobster, mussels and neck clams steamed in white wine, shallots, garlic, parsley, chorizo, sausage and chili pepper. The restaurant provides desserts that include caramelized custard, chocolate cake, seasonal fruit tart and mousse served with fresh berry coulis and shaved chocolate. Tersiguel's French Country Restaurant offers private dining rooms for business interviews, meetings, training sessions, seminars, weddings and rehearsal dinners. It also serves frittata style oven roasted organic egg omelet with lardons, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes and Swiss cheese.
