Our family medicine practices provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages - from newborns to older adults. We emphasize wellness and prevention, help patients manage chronic conditions, and provide timely care in times of illness or injury. Ambulatory Collaborative Care Team Our practice also offers additional support to help patients establish goals and manage their health, connect to community resources and financial counselors, and assist with referrals to other services to improve their quality of care. The Suburban Pavilion is large outpatient facility located at Lancaster General Health's Harrisburg Pike campus. It features an extensive variety of outpatient services plus primary and specialty physician practices all on one centrally located suburban Lancaster campus, making it convenient for you to get the care you need.
