Robert Liddell, MBBCh

Dr. Laura Elizabeth Wong Chin is an assistant professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She also serves as assistant director for the Ambulatory Regional Anesthesia division. Her areas of clinical expertise include regional anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, and public health. Dr. Chin completed her undergraduate studies as a double major in biology and music at the University of Southern California. She subsequently interned as a research assistant at the National Institutes of Health followed by completing a Masters in Public Health at the University of Hong Kong supported by the Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship program. She earned her M.D. from Northwestern University followed by a residency in anesthesiology at Yale University. She completed fellowship training in pediatric anesthesiology at the Children’s National Medical Center and fellowship training in regional anesthesiology and acute pain medicine at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Chin is an attending physician in the Division of Ambulatory Anesthesia and Division of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine at Johns Hopkins University. She currently divides her time between clinical work, teaching residents and fellows at the bedside, education through workshops and simulation, and coordinating regional anesthesia services at the Hopkins ambulatory surgical centers.

Jenifer Pitman’s focus is on musculoskeletal imaging, with a focus on ultrasound diagnosis and intervention and spine imaging. She earned her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College before going on to an internal-medicine internship at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital and a diagnostic radiology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College. She then completed a clinical fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.

Dr. Jennifer Schramm is a pediatric cardiac intensivist at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as an assistant professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She specializes in providing critical care services to infants, children and young adults who have structural and functional heart disease. Dr. Schramm graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She then completed a residency in pediatrics at the Washington University School of Medicine at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Children’s National Hospital. She also completed a fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center in cardiac critical care medicine prior to starting at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.
