Remodeling companies have a reputation of being unprofessional and provide customers with sloppy craftsmanship. Most companies have very little skills in the remodeling trade. They use unprofessional technicians that do not care how a project looks when they are finished. Sam felt the industry was missing companies that were willing to go the extra mile and provide their clients with excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. He knew there was an urgent need in the industry, and in 1971, Sam founded Urso Contracting and Remodeling Company.
