The Friends of Quiet Waters Park is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 and duly registered in the state of Maryland. I loved taking my two beagles to this park! It's a relatively short drive from where I live --495, Rt 50 and bam! You're there! Because I went during the weekday, the park entrance fee was free....
