I had issues with this location a few years ago and was hoping they had improved. I asked for mashed potatoes without gravy for my meal and it came with gravy, no jelly or butter for the biscuit...

I ordered an 8 pc., trade up white meat w/mashed. I got home and found a dark meat box. Everything was so overcooked and dry, my kids wouldn't eat it. I tried calling and they never answered...
