Arrived at 7:20 AM. Was home by 10:30 AM. Standard services performed for 70,000 mile needs. Everything as expected.

No appointment necessary. I just drove in to get an oil change, tire rotation and all the liquids topped up. No upsell, but they did check parts of the engine (oil pan, filters, battery, etc)...
