PACT is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of rehabilitative solutions. It offers treatment services to children and youths with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The organization operates a therapy center that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as counseling, evaluation, consulting and assessment services. PACT also offers nursing, intervention, support, transportation, skill development and educational services. It organizes a variety of social, recreational and community outreach activities and programs. Additionally, the organization provides behavioral management and research services. It is a member of the United Way of Central Maryland. Located in Baltimore, PACT is affiliated with Kennedy Krieger Institute.
