Excellent rest area on Highway 15 with lots of information. Kindly folks manning the desk. Also, a replica stone of the Mason- Dixon Line marking the boundaries of Pennsylvania and Maryland....

Not your typical Welcome Center. The picnic area has many tables spread over a wide area with parking nearby. There is a view and several tables are under a covered pavilion that guarantees shade...
