Maryam Movassaghian, MD

Vikram Shenoy, M.D., practices endocrinology at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Downtown Bethesda. He received his medical degree from University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and also completed his residency in endocrinology at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.He practices general endocrinology, including the treatment of thyroid disorders, diabetes, PCOS, pituitary and adrenal disorders, hypogonadism and osteoporosis.

Rugiatu Jalloh-Camara, F.N.P., is an internal medicine provider with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Jalloh-Camara received her Master of Science in Family Health Nurse Practitioner from Wagner College, in New York. As a certified registered nurse practitioner, she has expertise in primary care and disease prevention. N.P. Jalloh-Camara enjoys helping people through the care she provides; being an advocate to her patients. It’s her top priority to deliver compassionate care that is patient-centered, respectful and equitable for all. She partners with her patients to provide them with the highest quality, evidence-based care to improve their overall health and well-being. It’s important that she engages in meaningful dialogue with her patients and helps them during times of distress, especially when navigating the complex medical environment. In her free time, N.P. Jalloh-Camara loves to spend time with her children, going on vacation, shopping, reading and networking.

Tara Salimi, D.O., is a family medicine physician with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Dr. Salimi's clinical expertise focuses on preventive health, comprehensive chronic disease management and select women's health services. What she loves most about being a physician is the trust her patients place in her and the joy of celebrating their small, daily victories towards better health. In addition to her medical education, she holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in human biology from University of California, San Diego. Her background in genomics and molecular biology, including research experience at a leading private-sector genomics company and the National Institutes of Health, directly informs her holistic, science-driven approach to patient care. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Salimi enjoys living in the local community with her husband, their child and two Yorkies.
