Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 6 pm, every day. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.

Dr. Ronald Sweren is an assistant professor of dermatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His areas of clinical expertise include cutaneous lymphoma/mycosis fungoides, phototherapy/ photopheresis and melanoma. Dr. Sweren also serves as director of the Phototherapy/Photopheresis Program in the Department of Dermatology.Dr. Sweren earned his M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his residency in dermatology at University of Maryland Medical Center and in pediatrics at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
