Christal wants to bring awareness to the underlying issues people struggle with on a daily basis and help them develop self-care and self-love.

Jerome is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, and a National Certified Counselor. He holds a Master's in Community Counseling from Wilmington University and has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient clinics, hospital behavioral health units, and private practice. He is contracted with Maryland Circuit Courts for custody evaluations, parent coordination, mediation, and reunification therapy.

Gretchen is a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor who earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Gretchen has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field working with a wide range of diagnoses in various capacities and settings. She utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment that best meets each client's unique needs and goals. Gretchen believes in ensuring that a safe, non-judgmental, and trusting therapeutic space is created where each client can feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She is here to help you on your journey toward healing and growth.
