Jane Shen, MD

Robert Mills, D.O., joins Johns Hopkins Community Physicians with many years of experience as a family medicine physician. He grew up in New Jersey and attended Villanova University for his bachelors of science in biological sciences. Upon completion, he earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. As a provider, he finds it rewarding to get to know his patients on a more personal level and help them manage their health throughout their lives. He understands medicine is challenging on both sides - for his patients and as a provider - and he knows that providing a comfortable environment, where patients feel heard and respected, is what makes a good patient-physician relationship.Dr. Mills lives with his wife in Canton and has one too many pets, including four cats and a dog.

Denisse Mueller, M.D., is a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians East Baltimore Medical Center. She also serves as office medical director for pediatrics at the practice.Dr. Mueller earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed her residency training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

Ashwini Javlekar, M.D., is an obstetrician and gynecologist with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Originally from Massachusetts, she completed her education in Albany, NY. Her clinical interests include contraception/family planning, trauma informed care, and patient education. Dr. Javlekar enjoys supporting her patients through informed, value-based decision making. Expertise: Contraception/family planning, minimally invasive surgery, obstetrics, gynecology
