This is a terrible establishment. 45 minutes on a to Order for 2 eggs 2 bacon and toast. I asked for an iced tea the guy gave me hot unsweetened tea with a straight face. Pack it up

Service is great! Usually busy since it's next to a hotel, but Kiki treats us so well! She really takes care of us every time we go.

This is one of the better IHOPs. Clean, quick service, easy parking, friendly staff. Went for breakfast. Wasn't too crowded. Right next to Quality Inn motel. Convenient option for those guests....
