We weren't informed of incidentals and were told to pay 200 out front bc I wanted to put it on a different card upon check. Then the FD worked states she worked there for 2 years and doesn't know...

My son and I were attending a Valentines Banquet at church. I booked this hotel. I was greeted very nicely. Check in was 3PM. I arrived at 5P/5:30P. Upon enter my room, it had not been serviced....
