Told me they were covered by my insurance, then they weren't, and insurance sais I owed Helix $1,000.00+ for absolutely nothing! Still sick! Never, ever actually interacted with a doctor......

Horrible. I've been waiting for four days for a prescription for my tension headaches and nothing. I tried reaching out to them three times still nothing. Though they did charge my insurance.
