Through my personal experiences, I have learned that the body is wise and will move toward healing if given a chance. However, the body needs help to get the energy moving again. That's where I come in! With the needles, I'll start your energy moving while I hold a heart space for you to learn how to love yourself during healing the process. And even if the physical pain never completely disappears, I can promise that your relationship to the remaining pain will always change and you will be in a better place. My special interest is treating chronic pain, especially physical pain (such as low back, knee, shoulder/neck) that arises from emotional blocks and past trauma. As a competitive rider and ballroom dancer, I also love to treat sports injuries and performance anxiety in competitive athletes.

Dynamic Wellness Therapy is a manual therapy practice in Frederick, MD offering Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation and Craniosacral Therapy in combination or alone, to treat restrictions within the body and trigger the body's self-correcting mechanisms. The practice owner, Tyler Holt, LMT, provides Osteopathic manual therapy modalities in a comfortable and supportive treatment environment.
