Not a serious buyer. When I asked him if he bought silver certificates, he said yes, but he only paid about $1.50 for them. He did not ask the year, the condition, anything. This is kind of nutty...

Weird place. Looks closed. Walk through a dingy alley No thanks. It looked scary especially for a place that deals in money.
