Kate is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University and an M.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. They bring a strong background in mindfulness practices, which they incorporate into therapy when appropriate. Kate has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, complex trauma, PTSD, and gender and sexual identity exploration. Specializing in work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, Kate is committed to providing culturally competent, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQIA+-affirming care. Their trauma-informed approach acknowledges the role of environmental and sociopolitical systems in mental health.

James is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He received his master's degree in Applied Psychology and a certificate in professional counseling studies from the University of Baltimore. James' clinical experience includes helping clients with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and more. James describes his approach to counseling as leaning heavily into person-centered principles, with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. James enjoys working with diverse people and firmly believes that people have unique strengths, even if they may not immediately recognize them. In working with diverse people, James likes to let clients' personal values help guide the therapeutic process.
