Art Gibb joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in December 2019, following a 28-year career in the United States Navy, where he attained the rank of Commander. Art understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. Art has a bachelor's degree in political science from the U.S. Naval Academy and a doctorate in political science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in MD, DC, VA, PA, and six other states. Glen Becker joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in September 2014, following a 5-year career in the United States Navy, where he attained the rank of Petty Officer First Class. Glen holds Series 6, 63, & 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in MD, VA, DC, ME, NC, SC, and FL.
