Echo Hill Camp

Established in 1915, Echo Hill Camp is a summer camp dedicated to offering out-of-doors experiences to boys and girls, ages 7 to 16. The camp is located on a 350-acre farm consisting of fields and woodlands. Its accommodations include large platform tents and cabins, each staffed with one or two counselors. Echo Hill s total enrollment is nearly 150 campers, which creates a ratio of one counselor for every three campers. The camp provides a registered nurse in residence, a camp physician and dietician-planned menus. Its program provides an atmosphere that fosters creative expression and is organized on a free-choice basis, with the exception of swimming instruction. Echo Hill Camp employs nearly 60 people and is located in Worton, Md.
