By the time we get our order in the drive thru we will have been here for an hour waiting. The first 30 minutes there was no way to get out. Go to the Dunkin Donuts in Dunkirk or anywhere else but...

Always the slowest service! It takes forever to get your order and you must always check your order to see if it's correct because usually it isn't. If you can wait, go to a different location!

Wife and I went to walk in today and from the outside it looked filthy. The glass doors and windows didn't look cleaned in months and looming inside at the tables and floors did it for us. Crumbs...

absolutely horrible service. the overweight lady at the window is always rude and she has messed up my order multiple times now. I hope she gets fired immediately.
