I have to say for being a fast food coffee shop this Dunkin' takes pride in making their customers feel welcome. I usually order my drink a few minutes beforehand and they are ready when I arrive....

They are horrible in handling a rush. We waited over 30 minutes for our food (2 sandwiches), and we reminded then several times. They just don't seem to care. Save your time and go somewhere...

(1) Best customer service. Fast and friendly. (2) Better than other DDs. Here, I got 5 munchkin flavors, whereas other Dunkins only have 2. Also the service here is significantly faster and better.
