Donuts were not fresh at all hard and taste and smell like they had been in the refrigerator for a couple of days !

-1 star. Horrible customer service. Been waiting 1 week for a refund due to ordering hot coffee on the app and when I arrive they inform me there is no hot coffee only cold coffee (in the winter)....

They are always out of everything... specialty donuts and goods, even hot drinks--once they only had my drink available iced. The baked goods that they do have don't feel fresh. I lucked up once...
