Great HQL class. I was nervous to take the class, but Mr. Owen's did a great job explaining laws, regulations, and took his time with training students. Beyond the class, he is now my go-to FFL...

As a Maryland resident, I am subject to bs laws. One bs law is the HQL. My friend recommended DPS for training class. Mr Owens was a great instructor and made the class fun. Highly recommend DPS.
