I can't figure out how or why the employees at the pharmacy are qualified to even work there if they can't explain how to use a medical device . They seem so Clueless about much of anything...

This cvs is awful. Now that they've switched to NEVER ANSWERING THE DAMN PHONE EVER, it's impossible to get a refill. It asks you to leave a message, which no one ever listens to and is a huge...

... and at least one of the technicians admits he doesn't even have his license. No wonder the service is so bad. Ugh!!

Stopped in today to pick up a quick prescription was told they were closed for lunch. Checked my phone and it was 1:29 (they close at 1:30). I said it's 1:29. The pharmacist said again rudely...
